In just a couple hours, I’ll be heading back to Peoria. I’m excited to return home, but it was tough yesterday leaving Big Brother. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future, possibly even in September for the final episode. I am definitely looking forward to seeing my family and Hope… and I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bedroom too.

I wanted to thank everyone who sent me emails or comments on here… plus everyone who sent me letters or care packages. I appreciate everyone’s support!

I made my first national credits appearance on Sunday, July 8th, 2007 on the second episode of Big Brother 8 on CBS. Hopefully you didn’t blink or you would have missed it. But in case you did miss it, here it is:

Last night, Thursday 7/5, was the premier episode of BB8. The overnight ratings put us at Number 2 for the night. Not bad! We were beat by “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” But its still not a bad start to the season! It’s a blast working on the show that I’ve followed for several years. Continue to tune in!

Sorry I haven’t been able to respond to everyone’s emails and comments. I’m still doing 12-13 hours per day and I don’t have a day off until next Friday. I will try to respond soon! But its time for a nap now.

Well, I’ve started working my summer job out here in LA and I’m loving it so far. Unfortunately, I can’t talk about it much and can’t post any pictures, but it’s definitely a lot of fun (even though I’ve been working 12+ hour days).

I’m sure I’ll have more pictures to post though when Hope and my grandma come back out for a couple days.

I started this blog because friends and family want me to keep them updated this summer with my California experiences. I’ll be moving out to LA for the summer to work on the set of a Reality TV show that airs on a major network. I’ll be out there for about two months working long days in the extreem heat, but I’m really looking forward to it.

So I’ll be using this blog to keep everyone updated and feel free to email me if you want to say hi!
