In just a couple hours, I’ll be heading back to Peoria. I’m excited to return home, but it was tough yesterday leaving Big Brother. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future, possibly even in September for the final episode. I am definitely looking forward to seeing my family and Hope… and I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bedroom too.

I wanted to thank everyone who sent me emails or comments on here… plus everyone who sent me letters or care packages. I appreciate everyone’s support!

Well, I’ve started working my summer job out here in LA and I’m loving it so far. Unfortunately, I can’t talk about it much and can’t post any pictures, but it’s definitely a lot of fun (even though I’ve been working 12+ hour days).

I’m sure I’ll have more pictures to post though when Hope and my grandma come back out for a couple days.

I’m all moved into my apartment… waiting to start working sometime soon. Hope helped me move in and while she was here, we went to Jay Leno, The Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade, Universal Studios, and many more places. Here are some pictures of us at The Santa Monica Pier. Plus a picture of Paris Hilton’s house. And there are also some pictures of us at Universal Studios.

Well, I’ve arrived out in Los Angeles, where I’ll be spending the summer. My apartment is overlooking the Hollywood Hills out of my balcony. Out the back, I can see Warner Brothers, NBC Universal, and KNBC. They tape shows like Gilmore Girls and One Tree Hill at WB and The Tonight Show at NBC.

Hope and I went to Jay Leno’s show tonight to be in the audience. It was our first big adventure driving in my car on the busy LA roads.

We also drove up to the Hollywood sign for some pictures… then over to Griffith Park where the fires were on May. Then it was over to Hollywood Blvd. where we walked to get smoothies at Hollywood and Highland.

I started this blog because friends and family want me to keep them updated this summer with my California experiences. I’ll be moving out to LA for the summer to work on the set of a Reality TV show that airs on a major network. I’ll be out there for about two months working long days in the extreem heat, but I’m really looking forward to it.

So I’ll be using this blog to keep everyone updated and feel free to email me if you want to say hi!
